Our robust recruitment standards ensure we only employ people who have a compassionate approach and genuinely care for the well-being of our clients. Whether as a trainee or a skilled individual, it’s of the utmost importance to us that the person in our care receives the best possible service.
Our Recruitment Policy stipulates the following for all staff:
- An Enhanced DBS check
- 2 professional references from previous employers
- Min 6 months experience in healthcare settings
- Full Mandatory Training prior to commencing any work placement

Before we consider potential candidates we ensure that they are compliant and they have the following documents in place:
